At Magnetio, every magnet is made with love and care — and we do our best to deliver your personalized order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Custom Magnet Orders: Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
    Each piece is handcrafted and printed just for you, ensuring top quality and attention to detail.

If you need your order by a specific date or require express shipping, email us at info@magnetio.de — we’ll always do our best to help.

Shipping Times

We ship from Germany and deliver throughout Europe.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Germany: 1–3 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 3–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated times — occasional delays may occur due to courier or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder — sometimes it hides there!

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple products or sets, they may arrive in separate packages depending on availability.
All tracking details will be provided once shipped.

Updating Shipping Information

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at magnetio.store@gmail.com.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll update it right away.
