At Magnetio, each product is made with care and crafted just for you. Every photo magnet is created based on your chosen images and personalization — making it a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake.

Because your order is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect or an error on our part.


If There’s an Issue with Your Order

Your happiness means everything to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@magnetio.de with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We’ll review your request quickly and make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund (if applicable).


Important Notes

  • Since all items are personalized, please double-check your photo uploads, spelling, and quantity before placing your order.

  • We cannot issue refunds for customer errors, such as low-resolution images or incorrect selections.

  • If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please reach out to us immediately so we can help you resolve it.


Cancellations

Because we begin production shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order moves into production and cannot be modified.
